FALL!

The weather is cooling off at last.

The PSL* folks are losing their minds with joy.

Houston even got a little rain + an eclipse!

This coffee roaster is gearing up for the HOLIDAYS!! For me, it's Holiday Blend Season. I can't wait to drop this year's Holiday Blend on November 1st. It's so yummy. It's Spicy. It's Chocolaty. It's Fruity. It's Earthy. I've test roasted it at various roast levels. It's good any way I roast it! A lucky few have gotten to taste it, and they are pumped about the flavor.
