Contest Rules:

1. Eligibility: Residents of the contiguous United States who have an active Facebook or Instagram account. Family members of Sara the Barbarian may participate but are not eligible to win. (This means you John.)
2. Sponsorship: This contest is sponsored by and managed by Sara the Barbarian Coffee.
3. Agreement: Participants agree to abide by the official rules and regulations.
4. Entry period: The contest will run from 6:00 p.m. Central Time on May 20, 2022 to 11:59 p.m. Central Time on May 21, 2022.
5. How to enter: Participants join the contest by commenting on the contest post answering the posted contest question. One entry per participant.
6. Prizes: The prize is a handmade mug by a local artisan valued at $20.
7. Odds: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received by Sara the Barbarian Coffee.
8. Selection and notification of the winner: The winner will be determined by random drawing. The winner will be notified via the Facebook or Instagram account used to participate in the contest. The winner has 24 hours to respond to notification message in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, another winner will be selected. The winner must provide a delivery or shipping address and phone number at the time of notification of winning in order to ensure receipt of the prize. (We gotta be able to get it to you and communicate with you that you got it.)
9. Rights granted by the contest participant: Contest participants give Sara the Barbarian Coffee, sarathebarbariancoffee.com, and all social media accounts associated with Sara the Barbarian Coffee the right to publicize their work, provided it has the proper credit.
10. Terms and conditions: Sara the Barbarian Coffee reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest in the event of causes beyond our control.
11. Limitation of liability: Sara the Barbarian Coffee cannot be held liable should an illness, death, or other mishap result from participation in the contest.
12. Disputes: All disputes will result in participant being removed from the contest and from future contests held by Sara the Barbarian Coffee.
13. Privacy policy: Any information participants will provide is subject to Sara the Barbarian’s privacy policy. Your privacy policy should comply with country privacy laws.
14. Winners list: The winner will be annouced on Facebook, Instagram and sarathebarbariancoffee.com. In addition, participants can contact Sara the Barbarian Coffee on Facebook, Instagram or info@sarathebarbariancoffee.com to receive the winners list.
15. Social media platform regulations: Just don’t be ugly. Be kind on social media. Don’t be abusive. Don’t lie. Don’t break the rules of the playground.
16. Affirmation: By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by all of the contest rules.
